There are a few options near the venue itself in Vernon, or there's even more hotels about 7 minutes away near The Turning Stone Resort to choose from, both on and off site. We listed some of those options in our Travel section. If it helps you decide where you want to stay, after the wedding, we will be going back to the Turning Stone to celebrate and have more fun, until our old bodies are ready for bed.

Yes! We expect many people will not be fit to drive after the wedding, so we have been told that cars can be left in the parking lot at the venue until about 1PM the next day. While there is no shuttle to the venue itself, there is a limited shuttle run after the wedding is done to a few of the options closer to the Turning Stone. Which ones those are, I can't remember exactly. This is what happens when Nicole leaves me in charge of the wedding site.

Nicole and I will be heading to the 7 Kitchens Buffet inside of The Turning Stone the next morning. If you have never been, prepare your eyes and stomach as it has a plethora of options. The breakfast is open from 10Am to 2PM. It IS a little pricey sitting at around $38 a person, but completely worth it in my opinion. Just a heads up, we might not be sitting together by any means. Just letting everybody know where our happily married butts will be.

Due to space limitations and the number of people already invited, we kindly ask that only those addressed by invitation join us on our special day. While we adore your kiddos, we are opting to only include our siblings kids, as they will be in the wedding. So take the night off and come celebrate with us!
